The President and Mrs. W - Compliments and thanks to Mr. Morris for his politeness. - They have nothing to charge Mr. Morris with but their affectionate regards for Mrs Morris and the family; and to wish him a pleasanter journey than the state of the Roads promise, and a safe return to this City when his business in Philadelphia shall be accomplished
